We cover all shipping and delivery costs — from Nairobi to Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and everywhere in between. There are no hidden freight charges: the price you see is the price you pay.
Packaging
All Saunum products are professionally packed to protect against transit damage. Equipment arrives in original manufacturer packaging with all accessories included.
Delivery Time
Orders within Nairobi are typically delivered within 2–5 business days. Upcountry deliveries are arranged on an agreed schedule to ensure safe handling.
Delivery Confirmation
We will contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your delivery date and time before dispatch, so you can make sure someone is available to receive the goods.
Installation
Saunum equipment requires professional installation to ensure safe and optimal performance. Our installation team is based in Nairobi and can arrange visits across Kenya by appointment.
