FAQ
Is it safe?
Yes. Our team sets up every unit, gives you a safety briefing on handover, and an attendant can stay on site for events.
How many people fit?
It depends on the unit and the occasion. Tell us your guest count and we’ll recommend the right setup.
What if it rains?
Rain is part of the fun – the sauna is fully enclosed, and a hot tub in the rain is a treat. We’ll only reschedule for unsafe weather.
Do you need power on site?
Usually yes. We’ll check your venue’s power and water when you enquire and find a solution together.
How long does it take to heat up?
We set up and heat the unit before your guests arrive, so it’s ready when you are.
